Colorado Whistleblower Protections presentation will cover two types of whistleblower claims — Bounty and Retaliation, as well as Federal law versus Colorado statutes and common law claims. Common issues with Whistleblowers will also be discussed such as conduct in scope of employment, retained documents, use of confidential/privileged information and counterclaims.
Cost to attend is $5 for members and $20 for nonmembers. A continental breakfast is included. One general CLE credit applied for.
